The production is in three operations, which involves Molding, Cutting and Polishing.
Molding is the first step of this operation. The molten glass rod is pressed on the mould as per the shape piece by piece.
After sand cooling it is kept on the oven to prevent the tense.
Than comes the Cutting and Polishing operations which is a meticulous
work done on every single facet one by one.

We do it in the way it was done since generations, but only improved it with our skills and knowledge without touching the authenticity.
